HOW DO I ORDER? Click on the ORDER link at the top of the page. There is a short form for you to fill out that will be sent to us. We will review your request and respond via email within 24 hours. At that point we will gather some additional details and get to work on your proof.
HOW DO I PAY? For custom orders we require the custom design fee to be paid up front. For all other orders payment is expected once you approve the emailed proof. We prefer to be paid via PayPal and will email you an invoice once your proof is approved. Please email us for alternate payment options if PayPal is not good for you.
CAN I GET A PROOF OF MY ORDER BEFORE I PAY? Yes. We will email you unlimited proofs until you are happy with the design. Allow 2 business days for receipt of a template proof. Allow 4 business days for receipt of a custom proof. *Unfortunately we do not offer hard copy proofs at this time*

WILL MY CARD PRINT EXACTLY AS I SEE IT ON MY COMPUTER MONITOR? See the PHOTO INFO page
HOW LONG DOES PRINTING AND SHIPPING TAKE? Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once you have approved the proof and paid. Allow 3-5 business days for shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation.
CAN I PRE-ORDER ENVELOPES? YES! Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Full payment for the future design will be required first. Minimum order of 75 cards required. Shipping for pre-ordered envelopes is FREE.
CAN YOU PRINT THE RETURN ADDRESS ON MY ENVELOPES? No.
CAN I ORDER MORE CARDS AFTER I RECEIVE MY INITIAL ORDER? Yes. See PRICES page for more information.
CAN YOU MAKE A SINGLETON ANNOUNCEMENT/INVITATION INTO A MULTIPLES ONE? Absolutely! And there will be no additional charge.
CAN YOU FIX RED EYE? Yes. We can do my best to edit any blemishes per your request.
CAN YOU MAKE MY PICTURE BLACK AND WHITE? Yes.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? Please carefully review your proof before submitting payment. We will not offer refunds if the prints are the same as the proof. If, for some reason, the prints are different than the proof, we will offer a refund or reprint the order for no charge.
IS THERE ANYTHING ON THE BACK OF THE CARDS? Yes, our website address will be on the back of every card.
