What type of paper are the cards printed on?
You can select to have your order printed on high quality photo paper or white linen cardstock.
Is there a minimum number of cards I have to order?
Yes, a minimum order of 25 cards is required.
How does the print at home option work?
For a flat rate of $30 I will email you a design that you can print at home or at any retailer
such as Costco, Walgreens, Shutterfly.com, Winkflash.com, etc.
You will need to specify which retailer you plan to use so I can make sure it is formatted correctly.
What if I don't see a design on your site that I like?
I'd be happy to do a custom design for you! A $25 design fee will be added to your order.
How do I order my cards?
Click on the ORDER link at the top of the page. There is a short form for you to
fill out that will be sent to me. I will review your request and respond via email within 24 hours.
At that point I will gather some additional details and get to work on your proof.
How do I send you my photos?
I recommend you send a digital photo directly from your camera (do not upload to Shutterfly, Snapfish, etc. first). I also recommend using at least a 3 megapixel camera set at the highest resolution possible. Save the digital images in a large JPG format. Make sure your image is large, at least 300 dpi and 1800 x1200 pixels.
Please do not re-touch or crop the photo yourself, or re-save to a smaller or larger file size.
How long does it take you to send a proof via email?
Allow 2 business days for receipt of a template proof.
Allow 4 business days for receipt of a custom proof.
You can receive unlimited email proofs if changes are necessary.
A hard copy proof can be mailed if you would like. A $5.00 charge will apply.
How long does it take to get my cards once I pay?
Please allow 4-5 business days for processing once you have approved the proof and 3-5 business days for shipping. I ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail.
Can I preorder envelopes?
YES! Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Full payment for the future design will be required first.
Shipping for pre-ordered envelopes is FREE.
What color are the envelopes?
White.
Can you print the return address on my envelopes?
Unfortunately I am not set up for this quite yet.
Can you make a singleton announcement into a twin or triplet announcement?
Absolutely! And there will be no additional charge.
Can you fix red eye in my picture?
Yes. I can do my best to edit any blemishes and cut out any background, per your request.
Can you make my picture black & white?
Yes.
What if I'm not happy with my cards?
Please carefully review your proof before submitting payment. I will not offer refunds if the
prints are the same as the proof. If, for some reason, the prints are different than the proof,
I will offer a refund or reprint the order for no charge.
